The Mince Pie Administration
Each pie is marked out of 100 points. The closer to the haloed 100 it gets the closer you are to heaven when eating one (well, I am at least!).
Points are given in various areas.
- 10 points - Presentation
- 10 points - Nutritional content & Price
- 35 points - Pastry
- 35 points - Mincemeat
- 10 points - Satisfaction level

Ok, so this wasn't the best year for the administration. As a result, there was no crown given to a particular mince pie. However I quickly realised that many of the mince pies I saw and tasted were no different to previous years.
Next year will hopefully be different... i'm thinking of making some changes on how we're reviewing the mince pies. Stay tuned.
